BAND OF THE WEEK(S)/ 15 DAYS OF FAME
Q) Hey LBR, my band rocks and I want a chance to prove it! How can I be part of “15 days of fame”/ battle of the bands?
A) Please email Specialk@longbeachrecords.com.  Include your name, the band name, mailing address and phone number. We will send you a packet including a release to use your songs. LBR wants to give our support to any artist trying to get their name out there. We know how difficult it is!! This is your chance to put your music up to be reviewed by fans, friends and don’t forget the enemies (they’ll be listening too). You’ll get 15 days to showcase one song of your choice. Don’t blame us if you get bad reviews but… you can thank us in your credits if you make it big. LBR will record an average rating for each band over a contest period and may offer contracts based on ratings. Those bands not moving on to next round will be placed in after hours voting.  All bands will remain on After Hours voting until end of contest period. After hours voting will not include photos or mp3's.  Visitors can link to your site from the LBR "links" page to download your mp3's.Tell everyone you know to check you out, but keep it honest- we’re not fucking stupid!

COMPILATIONS
Q) Dear LBR, I am putting together a compilation of my favorite bands and want to
include LBR bands on my project. How can I get permission to use some tunes?
A) Please email comps@longbeachrecords.com  with the title of the comp, the
bands scheduled to participate, the release date of your project, whether or not
you will accept previously released material, and what you plan to offer the band as compensation.

RADIO
Q) Hey, I work at a radio station and I (have been playing/would love to play) one your titles, where do I send play list information? Can I get added to your database for new releases?
A) If you have play lists, would like to receive radio play copies, or are a radio station
new to Long Beach Records and want to be added to our database, please email radio@longbeachrecords.com. Please include the title of your show, when it airs, average number of listeners, your mailing address, phone number for the station and contact name.

ORDERS
Q) I recently placed an order through your (mail order/web site) and its been
(more than 4 weeks domestic/6 weeks foreign), is there a way to check the status of my order?
A) Our orders are shipped every Wednesday. They average a 3 day delivery within the US. If it’s been more than 4 weeks domestic US, 6 weeks elsewhere and you haven’t received your order, we apologize! Please email orders@longbeachrecords.com.  Be sure to give us the name on the order, the order number (if online) and what you ordered. We want you to be happy and will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
